General Information

What is the maximum number of guests the site can handle?

We can successfully accomodate up to 200 in our facility including the bridal party.

How many hours does the rental fee reserve the space? When does our alloted time begin/end?

The Diamond Package (Wedding and Reception) allows for a 5 hour event time. The Gold Package (Reception Only) allows for a 4 hour event time. One extra hour can be added to either package for $350. This add-on must be reserved at minimum two weeks in advance and cannot be added the day of the event. All events must end by 9pm.The allotted time period begins and ends at the time listed on your event contract.

How do I reserve Pine Cradle Lake for my event?

We require 1/2 the package price at the time of booking as well as the $200 security deposit and a signed contract. The full balance must be paid no later then 90 days prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

180 days or more notice prior to the event date: If Pine Cradle Lake can rebook the date with an equal value wedding package all payments will be returned less a $300 cancellation fee. Less than 180 days notice prior to the event date: All payments are non-refundable.

How do I schedule a site visit?

It would be a pleasure to give you a tour of our venue. Just give our facility director a call and we will set up a time and date that is convenient for you. Click here to submit an online request.

What is the alcohol policy?

You can provide alcohol for your guests. We allow beer, wine and champagne only. There is a (2) half keg limit on beer and (4) case limit on wine. All alcohol must be served from behind the bar by our bartender. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the event. Unfinished kegs are not allowed to be brought into the campground.

How early can we arrive the morning of my event?

The bridal suite opens as early as 9am the morning of your event.

Are there any hotels or other overnight accomodations near by for guests to stay?

Yes, please go to our info page and look under accommodations.

Can we rent campsites, cabins, and cottages within the campground?

Yes, the campground offers overnight accomodations and requires a two night minimum on all advance reservations. The campground is a family oriented business; after parties are not permitted and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10pm. For more information, visit the accomodations page.

Do you have any recommendations of caterers, photographers, dj, etc.?

We have had the pleasure of working with many great vendors. Check out our vendors page to see our recommendations.

Do you have a backup plan for rain or inclement weather?

We will not let a little rain ruin your wedding day. We will simply move the ceremony inside and you can get married in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.

Are we allowed to have a rehearsal onsite?

Yes, ceremony rehearsal will be scheduled with the facility coordinator. The rehearsal cannot exceed more than 2 hours.

Can we get married in the chapel?

The chapel was built to store the ceremony chairs. It is extremely small and has no ventilation.

Can we cook on site?

No, we do not allow on site cooking. All food needs to arrive fully cooked and ready to serve.

Can we use the refridgerator to store food over night after our event?

The fridge may be used the day of your event only. All items must be removed no later than 9pm the day of your event.

Decorating Information

Do you provide tables & chairs?

Yes, we provide white chairs for the ceremony and all the tables and chairs needed for the reception.

What size are the tables?

The rectangle tables are 6ft and the round seating tables are 6ft.

Do you provide table linens?

Yes, we provide white polyester table linens and accordion skirting on all tables we set out.

What size are the table linens?

The round linens are 108 inches. The rectangle linens are 60 x 102 in.

How many tables do you set up for "X" amount of guests?

We seat 10-12 people to a table. If you have 160, guests we will set up 16 tables. For events with less than 100 guests we will seat less people to a table in order to make the room look fuller.

Do you provide chair covers?

We offer white stretch chair covers for rent. They are $1.50 per chair.

Do you provide any glassware or dinnerware?

We do not currently offer any dinner, silver or glassware.

Do you provide any decorations?

We do not currently provide any decorations.

How many windows are in the reception hall?

There are 12 windows in the reception hall.

What are the dimensions of the mantle?

Approximately 12ft long and 8in deep.

What are the dimensions of the Pergola?

The top going all the way across is 12ft. The top going across from each vertical pillar is 9ft. The height is apprx 8ft.

Is there electricity at the Pergola for ceremony music?

Yes, there are two separate electrical outlets. One is at the pergola and one is on the second tier patio.
